We liked the a double room which was big size with comfy bed. Location: the hotel was so close to the train station and food & entertainment streets, many restaurants, and shopping mall. In the evening we visited Fish and Venus, set a short walk to the property...

The location was particularly good and stunning, adjacent to nearby Nagatsuta and the Machida central bus station. the room we had included climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator.

We loved this pleasant hotel and stayed here for 12 nights. The room was immaculately clean with comfy bed and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was satisfactory - a huge variety of dishes.

We recently stayed at Resol for 17 days and were impressed with the comfortable accommodation and excellent service. The double room, though compact, was efficiently organized, making it quite comfortable. The hotel was quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The wired in-room internet was fast and reliable. The convenient location near major rail stations allowed for easy transit around Tokyo and Yokohama. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The room here was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed, and amenities like an electric kettle and a fridge, plus it's conveniently located near Serigaya Park.

During my stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, providing excellent service. They helped my group navigate the language barrier and made us feel comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was impressive. Its proximity to the train station made transportation to nearby locations easy.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a compact and efficient hotel. the staff was truly excellent and English friendly, making our stay easy and pleasant. the hotel's location is very convenient, situated just minutes from two major rail stations with rapid transit to downtown Tokyo and Yokohama.

The rooms were quite small, making it a bit cramped for my family of four. we would have appreciated if the hotel had a gym or fitness center, as we like to stay active during our travels.
